If you've already set up an account and have the Repost.Us scripts for your site, it's time to install them on your TypePad site by following these simple steps:

Step 1: Sign in to your Admin Dashboard.

Step 2: Navigate to the Design tab and click on Templates. Please note that you must use an advanced template available to Typepad Pro Unlimited and Pro Premium services in order to set Repost.Us up on your site. 

Step 3: You will be editing several templates (see the highlighted templates on the illustration below). Open the “Main Index Template” first and locate the section.

Step 4: Add the following script (see illustration below):
<script src='http://static.1.rp-api.com/rjs/repostus.js' type='text/javascript'></script><meta content="YourAPIKey" name="RepostUsAPIKey">

Step 5: To add a Repost.Us button to your template, you will need add the special tag that corresponds to the button you’ve chosen (see below). You may place the button anywhere on the page. In the illustration below, the button tag has been added after the element in order to appear in the footer.

Step 6: In order for the button you’ve chosen to appear on each of your posts, you will need to add the code ?url='> to the end of the URL 'https://secure.repost.us/syndicate/create (See the illustration below).

Step 7: Repeat Steps 5 and 6 on your Archive templates.
